ZRS
ZRS enables dispersion of primary particles to the nano size without re-agglomerations. While Bead Mills generally excel at grinding with strong share force, ZRS can operate Mild Dispersion which enables the use of micro beads with low peripheral speed and appropriate force well fitted for the individual properties of various particles.

LMZ evenly grinds and disperses nano and submicron particles. The high flow re-circulation operation is achieved by the patented centrifugal separation screen that overcomes problems associated with beads blocking the screen. Expansion in scale available from laboratory size to manufacturing size.
