NANO GETTER - for Mild Dispersion

NANO GETTER realizes Mild Dispersion, a dispersion technique that prevents surface activity of particles and re-agglomeration. This technique enables a size reduction to primary particles while maintaining individual properties of various particles.

The concentration of beads with the grinding chamber of the common annular type mill can cause over-dispersion resulting in re-agglomeration and particle damage. NANO GETTER, on the other hand, achieves Mild Dispersion that maintains the uniform movement of beads. A well-balanced movement in both peripheral and axial directions within the grinding chamber.

Cost and processing time is reduced– Pre-mixing and pre-grinding is unnecessary
A conventional structure for using micro beads has been to apply a screen with narrow opening. A major problem with such a design, however, was that unprocessed coarse particles or agglomerations blocked the screen.
Screenless structure has provided a solution for such clogging. Moreover, exchange of bigger beads to smaller ones is no longer necessary as pre-grinding with bigger beads is not required.
